About Hellophant and Me!
Hellophant was made up on the spur on the moment while I was cursing at Photoshop. This is a big frickin' deal because I have NEVER felt like I could get 100% behind any of my personal website names prior to that moment. But Hellophant?! Elephants are my favorite animal and Hello Kitty is my favorite cartoon character! It's perfect! It's kooky, under four syllables, and saying it puts a smile on my face. The Hellophant is now my official mascot.
I guess I better get on with the introducing... most everyone calls me Cara; I don't go by anything else, except for my first name (Victoria) in business-ish situations. I'm a freshman in college and am currently a pre-med student in my university's natural science program. I've wanted to be a doctor since birth, pretty much. Currently, I'm interested in majoring in History, Philosophy, and Sociology of Science--but this is definitely subject to change as, well, I'm not exactly sure what the hell I'm going to do with that. I'm a nerd, but not a super one.
I'm messy and speedy as a sloth. I'm constantly combating my disorganization with the power of lists. I keep them everywhere: on the computer, on my Blackberry, and in the Great Big Book of Everything #2 (soon to be #3--everything takes up a ton of space). My friends have told me that I'm a really slow eater/mover/will-she-ever-get-to-the-point type of girl. I don't really get along that well with Father Time and I'm a chronic multitasker. If social Darwinism was in fact a law, I would be extinct by now.

I like to eat, dress pretty, listen to music (Check out my huge iTunes library, though it may take a few minutes to load?), watch movies and TV, and bounce around the Internet. My hobbies include the following and then some: doodles, recording quotes, reading and collecting books, collecting Hello Kitty paraphernalia, and playing with gadgets and video games. I also like to chronicle my life in both an offline and online journal because I like to overshare, even with myself.
I look like this. I'm 4'10'', so I'm a bit on the short side. ;)

To see more, my flickr has lots.
I'm really interested in people and how they work. (Yep, and if you have a personal site, the FIRST thing I will read is your about me section--and probably in its entirety.) I have a large and caring extended family, a wonderful set of friends, and an adorable boyfriend I sometimes call Bear. I suppose my most noticeable characteristic is that I am oh-so happy, unless I'm not.
That's me. Pleased to meet you!
